Seeds of Flavour brings together talented chefs
and successful restaurant brands.
We help build relationships between emerging talent and established chefs recognised by awards such as the Michelin Guide, The World’s 50 Best and China’s Black Pearl Guide.
We specialise in helping hoteliers and independent restaurant groups create distinctive culinary identities and food and beverage offerings.

a few of our projects
Tosca di Angelo (Hong Kong, China)
Luxury Italian with Sicilian flair overseeing Victoria Harbour
For one of our first projects, we assisted a luxury hotel group to rebrand their Italian restaurant. In line with their luxury standards, we partnered with a talented Sicilian chef to create an Italian concept. Tosca di Angelo now has one Michelin star.
NISHIKI (BEIJING, CHINA)
A modern Japanese concept with Mediterranean influences
We assisted a Chinese F&B group based in Beijing, specialising in sushi restaurants and izakaya, to establish a new culinary concept. This concept is based on the expertise of our Argentinian chef partner, who did extensive training in Japan. Nishiki has since been recognised with multiple awards in China.
Canton 8 (Phnom Penh, Cambodia)
Awarded Cantonese brand's first time in Cambodia
We partnered with a Cambodian operator and a well-known Chinese brand to develop a high-class Cantonese restaurant in the southeast Asian capital city. The restaurant, based on traditional Cantonese cuisine, serves dim sum dishes in a contemporary and luxurious setting.
Scena di Angelo (Shanghai, China)
An Italian luxury trattoria above the Bund
After the success of Tosca di Angelo, we transformed the hotel group’s Shanghai all-day dining restaurant into a luxury trattoria.
Promise (Shanghai, China)
A Nordic restaurant-counter in the heart of the Former French Concession
We launched Promise, a Nordic restaurant concept, with pedigreed Swedish chef. The restaurant is among the first Nordic cuisine concepts in China’s business and restaurant capital.
Kunshō (Xiamen, China)
The first modern Mediterranean fine dining in the city
One of Xiamen’s first Western fine-dining restaurants. Our client is a Wuhan-based property developer who also owns a restaurant group. Kunshō quickly attracted attention from the media and customers in Xiamen.
Casa Talia (Beijing, China)
A modern Spanish bistro with a touch of molecular cuisine
